Cafe IFAL Practitioner Workshop Pilot

Cafe IFAL 

Café IFAL is piloting a series of practitioner workshops, Autumn to Winter 2024. First workshop 9am 16th October 2024.

This is in response to feedback for more events aimed at doing action learning and honing skills in both being a set member as well as being a facilitator.

We are offering a number of 75-minute workshops starting on Wednesday 16th October and Wednesday 20th November.

The first workshop will take place on the 16th October, 9am - 10.15am BST on Zoom.

Numbers will be limited to 12 per workshop.

These practitioner workshops will be themed around some of the key aspects of setting up and being part of action learning sets. Designed and led by experienced practitioners, there will be some content input, practical tips and tools and the opportunity to work live, deepening the core skills of listening and question making. There is benefit in attending all sessions ( the third date in December/ January tbc) as they form a suite of workshops. 

We also hope that an outcome might be that participants carry on to meet as a self facilitated action learning set. 

There are still a few places left so please do register ASAP. Each workshop is free to IFAL members, £15 to non members.
