INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR ACTION LEARNING
IFAL in Conversation
with

Isabel Rimanoczy, Ed.D.

Isabel Rimanoczy, Ed.D., has made it her life purpose to promote change accelerators. Aware of the complex challenges we are facing, she works alongside those who can make an impact on a greater scale.

Isabel coded the Action Reflection Learning methodology identifying 10 principles, to facilitate the transfer of knowledge of that approach to action learning.

In 2005, she started a doctoral research at Columbia University, to study business leaders who championed corporate initiatives with a positive impact on the environment and the community. As a result of it she developed the Sustainability Mindset, a framework to accelerate the adoption of sustainable behaviors. She is the convener of the PRME Working Group on the Sustainability Mindset, a global network of academics promoting an evolutionary shift in consciousness.

Isabel has authored 27 books, and co-developed the Sustainability Mindset Indicator, which was awarded three prizes in 2019 and 2021, at Reimagine Education.

Isabel can be reached at isabelrimanoczy@gmail.com or via www.isabelrimanoczy.net.
